12/12/13 - pictures taken. This is a fabulous stole/shawl to knit. Lots of fun and it feels wonderful to complete it!

12/10/13- finished knitting. Just need to kitchener edges and block and take pics.

12/7/13 - on row 297, just over 50 to go. Finally the end is in sight. This has been a crazy week for knitting. This pattern requires close attention to detail but is very fun to do. I feel really good about it.

11/27/13 - Found a mistake I made and had to tink 10 rows. Am finally now to row 130. Thanksgiving tomorrow so probably will not get much knitting done, but I am starting to be able to knit faster.

11/26 - I am finally on Row 99 and starting to get the hang of this. This is my first pattern solely on chart and this intricate.

This is not a true picture because it looks blue, but the yarn is actually purple.

This is a good pattern for a first-time chart lace knitter. All return rows are knit. All decreases are k2tog instead if ssk, etc. Itvwill build confidence.
