The designer allowed me to knit it inside out as I don’t like reverse stockinette, so I inverted the right side rows and wrong side rows, except for the lace sections.

I added 1 cm (about 3 rows) before decreasing the sleeves, and added 2 repeats of the every-4-rows-decreases at the bottom of the sleeves.

I made the i-cord running until the end of the ribs.

I only knitted the rows 1 and 2 of the lace pattern. At the beginning it was a huge mistake, that I did not see before starting the sleeves. But this semi-pattern looks like railways, it matches well to the pattern name :-)

It is fitted (no positive ease), the sleeves are perfectly shaped. The ribs are a bit wavy, next time I’ll only pick-up 3 st every 4 st.

This is my first big project. Nice experience.
