Frank’s chest is 31” and his neck is 19”.
I used a crochet provisional cast on so I could knit the neck rib later because I wasn’t sure how long it should be.
I knit the chest in rib and the back in stockinette.
I added belly shaping so the under piece wouldn’t be too loose near Frank’s back legs.
I knit each stripe for 6”.
