My friend Allie wanted a super slouchy hat. She picked out the yarn and the pattern.

The pattern calls for 108 yards and one skein of Wool-Ease Thick and Quick should have been enough, but I had to dip into the second skein. Annoying.

I cast on the same number of stitches as for the S but worked the length as for the L because Allie wanted an extra slouchy hat. The sizes in this pattern run really large. Allie’s head circumference is 22.5” and if this hat were any larger it would be a bucket.
