I made these booties to match the Ladybug Hat.

I really like the look of the white garter stitch around the ankle but I feared the booties wouldn’t stay on. So I went down to size 3 needles and worked k2, p2 rib for 2”.

I held the yarn double when working the French Knots.

I hope these booties look cute when they’re on the baby’s feet because the heels and toes are very pointy.
