1.08.2013:
My gauge is off. So I needed to add some meshes in frontal and back piece and also some extra rows while I was doing pockets increases.
I’m knitting those parts separately. Afterwards I’m planning to knit sleeves with a set-in techinque.
front of the sweater - I knitted as long, as I could, on machine. When I started pockets and sides increases - I transported all meshes between side and pocket marker - on a side, on both sides of a sweater, leaving at this time two free needles between them. then I trasported one mesh, around which incs supposed to be done and picked up two meshes from row below. From the moment I had more then 200 meshes - I’m knitting it by hand.
So far, so good, hopefully it will come out as I expect.

I had to frog the project and start all over again. Although I did recalculation to the pattern and decided to make an L size because of a smaller swatch, it ended up so huge, I didn’t have any choice than to frog.
At third attempt I did M size with some extra stitches in the body, only 31 raglan increases, and extra stitches in armhole.
Because my project is so gray, and I love all garments in this colour, I decided to add some structure pattern at edges. It’s a simple mock cable pattern, handknitted with 2.5 needle, which makes this tunic even more feminine.
I love those pockets, I love the length, I love the button, I love it all! It’s such a great pattern but a little bit tricky when you need to match a gauge.
