I fell in love with this yarn which is a variation of Hundertwasser’s work 650 The Blue Moon set in yarn. An image of the art is included on the label. I scanned it & included it in my photos for this project.

I wanted these a bit smaller than the socks I previously made, so I went down to a size 0 (2.0mm needle). Using a needle so small gave me major hand/finger cramps, so these took a while to complete.

I am using a circular needles & the magic loop method. I did the entire leg in K2P2 rib instead of stocking knit as the pattern instructed. I used Judy Becker’s Magic Cast-On and Elisabeth Zimmerman’s sewn bind off
