My son wanted a “Lugi-style” cap for a friend (Think Mario Brothers).

Instead of the chain to begin, I used the adjustable circle/magic ring

Eliminated the “ch1” from the start of each round, as the pattern clearly states at the top “work in the round, no joining or turning”

After the decreases, the hat was a little too big, so did an extra round of decreases, bringing my last seven rounds to total 55 stitches
