The friend I am knitting this for loves purple & light blue. As I started to knit this it reminded me of the movie characters in Tim Burton’s version of “Alice in Wonderland” … hence the name,

Only modification.. instead of the large expanse of black at the center back, I used the purple & blue to repeat a few stripes of colour.
