This is a slightly larger chart than the one for Skull Mitts. This chart has 24 stitches and 32 rows. Again, please feel free to use the chart.

Although I am doing my socks toe up, you could turn the chart upside down and re-number the rows if you wanted to do top down.

Provisional cast on 36 stitches in black, short row toe, for 72 total stitches. I like to work with the stitches on 3 needles, this will give me 24 stitches or one pattern repeat on each needle. I plan to do the pattern all the way around the foot.

I had to rip back and add stitches to the short row heel to get it on my foot. Even after that, it was tight. I went up to size 2 needles & still tight. Switched to size 3 some better, but the stitches look too loose.

I give up! I am so tired of fighting this yarn. The sock has become tedious.

WARNING: Tofutsies is NOT a good yarn for any type of colorwork, slip-stitch, mosaic or stranded knitting!
It has NO elasticity.

At some time in the future, I may try this pattern again. If I do, I will use a nice plump merino yarn with lots of stretch. But this particular sock & yarn is dead to me.
