Do I even need to explain why this qualifies for the Team TARDIS/Team SHERlocked challenge?

Judging from others, it takes less than 200 yards main color and 100 yards black. (My yardage estimates above may be way off, but I definitely used something in that ballpark.)

Spouse repeatedly warned me to be certain not to make it functional. (Repeatedly. Extensively. At every opportunity.) So, how do you guarantee that a Dalek will be non-functional? You give it a heart.
