Body & cap knitted separately. Stuffed with wool scraps recycled from some of my other knitted projects (mainly Space Invader scarves!).

Made the legs by French knitting using the cotton yarn.
Inserted wire into the legs for stability and did some wire wrapping to create the effect of webbed feet.

Beak is made from thick felt rolled and stitched into place.

Ecru yarn is a lovely Bluefaced Leicester wool :)
The Ardalanish yarns are organic 100% Pure New Wool from the Isle of Mull.
