A really good friend of mine was scheduled to have a surgery in early December, so I knitted this cardigan for her in the hopes of keeping her warm in the hospital.

Ironically, a few days later I ended up getting an emergency C section. So we spent our recovery time together with a lot of texting.

Luckily, all is well with both of us now!

I absolutely love this yarn. This shows again how important it is to have a great Local Yarn Store. Thanks, Woolworks, for introducing me to this great yarn! I will definitely make something with this yarn again…

Great natural color too. The picture simply doesn’t do it justice. And the texture! Softest alpaca yarn I have ever touched.
