This project uses the continued strip method devised by Barbara Walker in her book “Sampler Knitting”, later included in her Fourth Treasury. I devised my own mosaic patterns as I went along, using a diverse selection of colours.

I experimented with mixing different gradients of diagonals.

The yarns are DK and mostly merino in different brands.

The blanket measures about 112cm by 190cm, or 44” by 75”, and weighs about 1.54kg.
