• Got gauge with US 3/3.25 mm needles. A wee bit smaller hexapuffs though (2.75” from tip to tip).

• Because my initial puffs came out a bit on the squat side, I’ve been adding an extra knit row after the cast on.

• Thinking of embroidering the things mentioned in the names of Tiny Owl Knits patterns - foxes, fawns, forget me nots, &c. Gotta have a queen bee too.

• Apparently, for a 48” x 72” quilt, I’m going to need 858 puffs. Calculations from here.
Status: As of Jan 2, 2012, I have 208 puffs.
