I purchased one cone of the merino and two of the stainless/silk. I did need to use some of the second cone of stainless/silk to complete my first Hakusa in the larger size.

Though I could not estimate the yardage by using my scale because of the unknown weight of the cardboard cones, I felt that there would probably be enough yarn left to knit another in the smaller size. And I was right.
