Go Team GYI 2012!

The original swatch that I sent to Quince & Co for their “Scarf Call” is shown in my first photo (now on the bottom). It was made from Louet Gems Sport Weight in “Eggplant”. Pam Allen sent the swatch back to me when she sent the Chickadee yarn in “Bird’s Egg” to make the first Jonna Cowl. (Quince & Co kept the first Jonna Cowl following their fabulous job at styling and photography. This is typically done and I did not expect to get it back.)

But now I wish to make a Jonna to keep!

I do love the “Eggplant” color in Louet Gems, and I bought more of it at GYI! to make my “Cowl to Keep” as my 2012 Ravellenic project.

08-05-12 My newest photo is from a couple days ago and I now have even more finished (about 60%).
