THREADIES FB CAL APRIL 2015

I used the pastels, but wanted to do the pineapples in the mint. I was afraid it would look pastel heavy if I used just the pastels in the body, so I incorporated the mint into rnd 5, rnd 8 and starting the pineapple rnds at rnd 11. I feel like the mint pineapples will look more like they belong, if the rest of the doily has more mint in it, to pull it together. You really can’t tell that I put the 3 rows in of just mint, but I think without them, there wouldn’t be enough mint to look good with the mint pineapples.

This project is simple and well written and should finish much faster than I did it, as my time if very limited.
