NOTE: The first small picots you make are JOINING picots, so you want them to be just small enough to get your needle thru. Eventhough you start by putting all beads on the thread, it appears that in the end, you use a crochet hook to put the beads on the loop where you attach your earring wire. Only the 2 eyes come from the thread. Very fast.
