RND 7 has you make ch3 and 7dc into the first ch spc, which will = 8dc, but the repeat only says 7dc, and it should say 8dc.

Tulips are rnds 7-11, incase you are changing colors. I’m using DMC CEBELIA IN 745 Light Pale Yellow for my tulips, with the Frosty Green for the rest of the doily. The green looks a touch blue-r in the pic than in person.
