The sister of a friend I have known since third grade was recently diagnosed with an extensive cancer, and while the prognosis is not awesome, it’s not as bad as we thought it might be given the reach and number of tumors.

There is a lot of treatment on the horizon for my friend’s sister, so I am working on a wardrobe of chemo caps, of which this Hello Kitty inspired hat (it coordinates with a backpack that was just purchased) is the first.
