Adapted the pattern for the Drops loves you #4 yarn, drops yarngroup C, Aran weight yarn (gauge with 5mm needles 16st/22rows=10cm) and made it about 10cm shorter.

Of you’re interested here are the changes/ new instructions:

Front:
CO 75 with 4mm needle.
1 edge st, k3, p4, end with k3 and edge stich.
Repeat for 4 cm.
Then p2tog in every purl section (make 3 purl stiches out of those 4) = 65 sts.
Keep on ribbing until there’s 8 cm, change to 5mm needles.

1 edge st, k11, k2 (garter), p4, k2 in every st for the next 4 sts, p3, k3, p9, k3, p3, k2 in every st for the next 4 sts, p4, k2 (garter), k11, 1 edge st. (8 sts increased = 73 sts)
Next RS-row:
1 edge st, k11, k2 (garter), p4, pattern M1 (but knit it over 8 sts instead of 6), pattern M2a (=21sts), pattern M3 (again over 8 sts instead of 6), p4, k2 (garter), k11, 1 edge st.

Continue in pattern (cable M1 and M3 over 8 sts instead of 6 sts), Repeat pattern M2b 2 times vertically.
At the same time decrease while k2tog after/before edge stich on both sides. Decrease 2 sts after 20cm, 25cm, 28cm and 30 cm. (8sts decreased)
Increase while kfb after 40cm, 42cm, 44cm, 46cm, 48cm. (10sts increased)

Armhole shaping: After 52,5cm BO at beginning/end of row: 3 sts once, 2sts twice and 1 st once.

Neckline shaping: After finishing M2c (ca. 58cm), put middle 21 sts onto a holder and finish each side seperately. Continue with cable pattern.
K3tog on each side of neckline in everey 2nd row 3 times.

BO remaing sts after 72cm.

Back:
With 4 mm needles cast on 76 sts.
1 edge stich, repeat p4, k3, 1 edge stich.
Repeat for 4 cm.
Then p2tog in every purl section (make 3 purl stiches out of those 4) = 65 sts.
Keep on ribbing until there’s 8 cm, change to 5mm needles.
Now continue in stockinette. In the first row decrease 4 sts evenly. (=61 sts)

Like for the front part: Decrease while k2tog after/before edge stich on both sides. Decrease 2 sts after 20cm, 25cm, 28cm and 30 cm. (8sts decreased)
Increase while kfb after 40cm, 42cm, 44cm, 46cm, 48cm. (10sts increased) (=63 sts)

Armhole shaping: After 52,5cm BO at beginning/end of row: 3 sts once, 2sts twice and 1 st once.

Neck: When there’s ca. 3cm left (after 69cm), put middle 21 sts onto a holder and finish each side seperately. In the next row cast of 1 more stich on each side of the neck. Then finish until piece measures 72cm and bind of remaining stiches. Do the same for the other side.

Sleeves:
With 4mm needle, CO 32 sts.
1 edge stich, repeat k3, p3, 1 edge stich.
Repeat for 12 cm. Change to 5mm needle and continue in stockinette.
In the first row of stockinette, decrease by 3 sts evenly. (=29sts)
After 14 cm kfb at beginning and end of row. (adding 2 sts in this row)
Repeat every 4 cm 8 times total. (=45sts)

After about 40cm, I started incorporating the diamond in the middle of the sleeve. (see chart in pictures)

Shoulder shaping:
After 47 cm bind off 6 sts at beginning of row. Repeat for next row.
Then bind off 3 sts at beginning of following row. Repeat for next row.
Now decrease 1 st at beginning and end of every row until sleeve measures 54cm.
Then bind of 6 sts on both sides of the next row. Bind off remaining sts when sleeves measures 56 cm.

Neck:
I picked up 90 sts around the neck (some of which were on hold) and started ribbing (k3, p3).
After 10cm I increased to k4, p3 and after 20cm to k5, p3.
BO after 25cm.
