This one is going to be a present for a 60th wedding anniversary.

Couldn’t find the perfect stretchy cast on, so I used a provisional co and plan to add elastic bind off in the end to get the perfect stretchiness for blocking.

Finished the ostrich plumes lace edge, but the charts are a bit confusing and it’s impossible to use markers between repeats in my opinion which makes the lace rows a bit harder. But the pattern is beautiful!

I had 3 sts left on RS and 2 sts left on WS instead of 1 st on each side in the end before bind off.
But otherwise, the stockinette body knitted up so quickly, the whole shawl only took me only a few evenings to knit.

Final measurements: 33 x 124 cm
used 89g of Drops Alpaca in lovely yellow

Did the suggested lace bo on the top, if I knit the shawl again, I’ll go for elastic bo.
Used a provisional co at the bottom and added elastic bo in the end - perfect!

I’m sure the shawl will be a great present :)
