Vintersol is the Swedish word for winter sun. I love those winter days when the sky is blue and the sun makes everything a bit nicer and warmer. When the snow sparkles and the air smells so fresh.
I made this sweater as a Christmas gift for my man and designed it after what he wished for. It turned out so great! :) I am very happy! :)
You can find the blog post (and links to the WIP posts) for this sweater here:

Unfortunately, the sweater will not be ready just-in-time. I still have some finishing to make. But that’s not too bad. I’d rather take a day more after the holidays instead of rushing now and then it might not be perfekt. I’ve knitted this for so long now, so that’s ok.

Sleeves are ready! Joined everything and am knitting all on one circular needle now. My first time joining for raglan shaping. You really have to be careful. That’s a lot of knitting I have on my lap now! ;) But it’s fun! :)

I have started to make a self designed sweater for my man :) It’s gonna be a raglan shaped hooded sweater with a diagonal zipper on the upper front. That’s what he wanted :)
I just started but I am going to upload some WIP pictures and links to the blog posts. I plan to ducument the process a bit ;)
We’ll see how long it’s gonna take, it’s my first man project. Exciting! :)
