Only one tiny modification: I added two rows at the end of the large dropped stitch garter section before switching to color A. I added those 2 rows because I wanted the section to end the same way the narrow dropped stitch stripes do.

Size after blocking: 73 1/2” long and 23” wide at the center.

17 Apr 2014: Finally bought the needles, back working on the shawl.

30 Apr 2014: Finished knitting
