Cast on 54 stitches. Two rows of simple moss, k1 p1 and then purl the knits and knit the purls on the second row. Planning to do 5-6 pattern repeats, depending on how the yarn holds out.

Ended up doing 4 repeats plus 1 knit row and then the 2 rows of moss stitch.

This is a profoundly lovely pattern. I’ve done it in both a lightweight and a bulky yarn. It’s easy to remember, simple but not boring to knit, and a really beautiful result.
