This hat is a little bit big on me. If I were to do it again, I think I would cut out something around 10 stitches -- whatever the right multiple is, for a less baggy fit. I did the longer ribbed band and I really like it on this hat, in fact, I wish I had gone another couple of inches.

FYI-I have a very loose gauge. I typically go down 2-3 needle sizes from the recommended. Although this hat is a bit large, it’s not awful, and this yarn is really wonderful! If you are considering using it, you should -- especially if you knit at a more typical gauge.
