Why am I casting this on when I have all of my knitting planned for the next few weeks (at least)? Because, I am weak in the face of such a beautiful pattern and my favorite yarn.

1-10-15: Could this be any more fun to knit? Could this yarn be any more seductive? There are other things I need to be doing, but this project has already won my heart.

2-7-15: Finished up and did the three needles bind off. Lots of tails to weave in! I’m not sure about the length and will have to play with it in the morning. It seems to be too long as a single loop on my 5’1” frame, but I’m not sure about double looping it. It certainly feels nice and warm around my neck, though. I may never take it off!
