Reclaiming the yarn from a hat-scarf-mitten set we don’t use anymore.
CO 30 sts, knit a one-row-handspun-scarf for two generous rounds around my neck. Twisted the scarf twice (360°) and grafted in pattern.
Of course I still have plenty of leftover yarn. My cowl weights less than 230 gr. You can probably knit one with only two skeins.
