Beautiful sweater. Definitely quite a short design - being six feet tall I knit mine longer in the body and sleeves. The plötulopi did grow a bit in length once it got wet, but not in width. Used the directions for size large for the body & yoke. Cast on for the size medium arms, then increased until the stitch count matched the size large.

With the extra length I used about 2.3 wheels of plötulopi. Used only a half ball of einband!
