Need the vest to be 38”. My gauge was tighter than called for so I cast on for the 40”.

Did an Italian Tubular cast on and a tubular bind-off

Changes: Twisting the stitches of the tree chart I decided to drop down and “untwist” the stitches running up the center of the tree chart to make them lay flat. When twisted, they appeared to kind of “look” to the side (you can kind of see it in the bottom photo). Now they “look” straight ahead. I did continue to twist the “branches” of the tree chart to keep my stitches tight there. They were too loose and open for my taste when not twisted.

Finished this vest just in time for the temps to jump back into the upper 80s. :/ Hopefully I’ll be able to get a modeled pic when it cools off again.
