September 15, 2016 A year and a half later, I FINALLY sewed in the final ends. I’m not sure my seaming got better, but I definitely learned patience. I am also glad I did not go full-size on this based off the pattern because then it probably would have never gotten completed.

May 31, 2015 Realized about halfway through the bottom half I laid one of the original light pink rows incorrectly. I am going to simply adjust the other square counts to make it work rather than undone so much work.

May 22, 2015 This is officially my long-term side project. Oh my god, so much damn seaming.

May 1, 2015 Trying to seam as I go, completing all of one color as required per row and sewing them together and then starting the next row. So far, so good, even if my seaming skills aren’t great. There’s no question I’ll learn something while working on this one.

March 25, 2015 I really meant to make a full blanket, but I have minimal patience for seaming squares. I’m going to use one of the single Kirbys as a template instead and make a pillow for the couch. They’ll still be seaming, but it won’t be nearly as much. Currently, I have four squares stitched.
