i got this yarn in a swap (may 2007), and it’s been sitting in stash since. it’s just ugly! lol!

hoping the monkey pattern will help it be a “swan”.

so, the pattern did not make the yarn color combination any better, so i overdyed the finished socks with wilton’s icing dye. and now i ♥ love ♥ them !
