ps. my scarf weighs 14.1 ounces! that’s A LOT of acrylic! lol!

i’m still working on my scarf, but i have steamed the finished part … and it really relaxes the fabric and makes it not so stiff … and makes my stitches appear more even.

Sometimes I get stalled not knowing what color or pattern to knit next, and sometimes I cannot knit fast enough.

For inspiration, I am using the pattern, and my own library of stranded patterns. As much as I love the big koi motif, I don’t want to pay for it.

I have some traditional fairisle books, mitten books, machine knitting books, and other designs in my head or library.

But still, the best thing for this stranded acrylic is some good steam.

24jan13 … i finished the last of the knitting and kitchener stitched it together last night. i still need to steam it to get it to relax, and take pictures =)

it’s “done”. just need a pretty day for final pictures =)
