Handspun Green and Yellow blended on hand carders, Corriedale, beaded with translucent seed beads and 3mm flower beads, crocheted on a jumbo hook with repeat double crochet stitch. I was fortunate to participate in a workshop with Alison Daykin author of ‘Creative spinning’ as I belong to the Birmingham WSD Guild. P.g 48 -49 of Alison’s book has a yarn called ‘raindrops’, this yarn is based on that, however having discovered ‘Pluckyfluff’ Lexi Boeger I decided to funk the yarn up another gear with flower beads. I have only been spinning for just under a year and I have a tendency to run before I can walk! I learn a lot by mistakes!!!
