I used cotton yarn instead of acrylic.
Crocheted single stranded.

Honestly - cotton is not the easiest yarn to crochet at a tight gauge.

Note: I hold yarn in front of work (using my thumb) instead of on the back. It worked just fine.
Made longer cuff and used crab stitch to finish off edge.

The Hedgehog turned into a Fish Duster. ;-)
I made it just like a mitt and my kiddo got a great puppet-duster.
With permanent marker I drew a face.

I will make it again!
