I fell in love with these crochet covered rocks as soon as I saw them.

Took me a while to make one for myself.

Finally I found a few suitable stones.

Here are a few first ones.
They are addictive to make.

I only didn’t enjoy the last part of the project, when you need to “close” the stone in the back. The hook was constantly scratching against the rock. My rocks were not perfectly smooth.

I might use it not just as a pretty decoration but as a weight for my sewing patterns.
