started with the idea of an estonian shawl when I saw the pattern on april 12 this year. made some trials and started with the design . fotos made when i putted in the second lifeline. thanks to the livelines saved 6 times.
august 30 : first bal finished and 459 stitches on the needle. made long needles (60 cm ).
september 9 : I am at needle 201 with 573 stitches. still 10 needles to go for body.
september 11 : body finished . lasr row 573 stiches and 46 stars.
now up to the border. unblocked
september 15 : started with border : leaf edging from :free knitting pattern by karens variety.com
september 24 :81 patterns finished , still 28 to go
october 1: border is finished, now sew on.
october 6: border sewed on, nice and easy.
need wash and blocking!
october 18: everything done , blocking finished.
