I changed to 3.25mm needles on Day 2. The fabric is a bit more relaxed and shows off the lace.

Day 1 Finished! I decided to use 3mm needles. The lace isn’t that open but I don’t want a really lacy scarf. (If I change my mind I’ll just have to do last years ; )

I’m hoping that 940 yards will be enough. If not, I might be a few days short.

Day 11 just didn’t make the cut. I wasn’t going to have enough yarn to get through the half-way point so I ripped Day 11 out and just did Day 12. I should have just enough yarn now.

Debating about needle size, 3.00mm or 3.25. Did a small swatch with each in last years pattern but it wasn’t quite enough to give me a good idea. I don’t want it to be too open and lacy.
