Making these mitts to match my sister’s coat (off white creamish ivory) and hand-painted purse. I purchased some yarn at the 2014 Palouse Fiber Arts Festival that turned out to be a close match for many of the colors in the purse.

My sister’s hand measurements:
Wrist circumference 16 cm
Wrist crease to fingertips 18cm
Palm circumference 20cm

Final mitten measurements:
Width 8cm (3.25”)
Length wrist to tip 20cm (7.75”)
Cuff 2.75cm (just over 1”)

Added idiot string (60”) made out of 2-stitch i-cord (using US 1.5 needles)
