Added 14 st for each sleeve and 14 for each under arm.

Not sure where I added the stitches for the front edge garter stitches, but there are 4 on each side.

I started this sweater in the hospital January 2009, and it sat with just the yoke until last week. It sat in part, because I had altered the stitch counts and wasn’t sure where I left off.
