Raffle Item for this year’s Souper Bowl. This is my second project with this fun and well written pattern.

$321 was raised for our local food pantry with this project. The winner was Carolyn R.!

The “Crown of Colfax” is a dapple grey filly with a very full mane. Her stick was fashioned by Mike M. from a broomstick purchased at Menards for $5. He did a lovely job! Wheels purchased at a hobby shop.

This time I used buttons from my stash to finish the bridle.

For the bridle I used Stroll Heather held double and knitted in garter st on US 2 needles over 7 sts, and used a 4 stitch icord for the reins.
