Knit from a $2 bag of beautifully coordinated scraps purchased at Knit On Inc.’s Cash for Stash sale. Many thanks to LSO for contributing this great bag to the sale.

Using one size needle larger than recommended, cast on 200-250 stitches. Knit to end of first row, cut yarn long enough for fringe, join new yarn leaving an end long enough for fringe and repeat until desired width. Bind off loosely.

After searching Ravelry, I found Becky Herrick’s Snippet Scarf pattern, which is basically what I did…except she gives better instructions than my notes above..
