Notes

This has to be one of the cutest pair of fingerless mitts I’ve ever seen. Beautifully written and thoroughly tested pattern by Sabine Kastner of Switzerland. Sabine must be a soul-mate because we both have day jobs in science/engineering.
And we both love music, hiking and knitting. A very-long-ago boyfriend of mine had the surname “Kastner”, but I’m sure it isn’t Sabine’s husband! Anyway, a big “Thank You” to Sabine for letting me test knit these adorable mitts.

I cast on snuggly over TWO size 1.5 US needles. Bound off purlwise using Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-off, but only on every other stitch. That was plenty stretchy enough.

I’ll definitely be knitting these again - probably more than once. Might add beads next time.
