Ok. I’m only loosely following this pattern. Looking at all of the finished projects, I don’t like how they gap at the top and since I’m not using pure wool, blocking isn’t going to make them behave. So… no buttons. When I have more time, I may work this out myself.

I have taken this pattern and adapted quite a bit to fit my needs. I used the stitch pattern from the big cosy cowl and I’m making a pair of wristers based on the instructions in this pattern. I am NOT using buttons or anything like that.
