A cute baby version with traditional Norwegian design.

I knitted one white round on top of foot while picking up the stitches of the heel flap before starting chart for top of foot.

Decreasing in pattern was left to the knitter’s taste. I unravelled a couple of times to make it really match.

Pondering after the fact, I think I should have used Dalegarn BabyUll for this project. I didn’t like the results in sock yarn. It puckers and it was not easy to strand, although I paid much attention to my floats.

Now, I just need a prettier picture and something to tie them up.

yield: used up 15gr of MC and 11gr of CC for pair, before twisted braid.

modification: I used ribbon instead of braided yarn.
dimensions: 4 1/2” long (foot lenght) x 3 3/4” tall (cuff to heel) x 2 3/4” wide (at heel-foot junction)
