Udu means fog in Estonian. Erika saw my Suitsukate and wanted something airy and fluffy, light gray and triangular. So she picked up this yarn, leaving the choice of a pattern up to me. This pattern calls for Alpaca (and no version of this shawl here on Ravelry is from mohair). Still, in lace knitting, experimenting with different yarns and needle sizes is a good thing:). Drops charts are precise and clear, so no porblems. I think I will do a different border (this is just me, cannot follow any pattern 100 %:)). So far I am pleased how it is turning out.
Update 26.02 I am pleased with this shawl: really, a nice unproblematic knit. I did another edging, just improvised. Used up 1.5 skeins or so.
