I used my favourite Raasiku (Aade) yarn 8/2, held double. For stockinette I used 6 mm needles and for double moss stitch 5 mm. Weight appr. 320 g. The upper picture renders the true colour. Top CO on a scrap yarn, knitted top-down, then stitches “button bands” picked up. Then I picked up stitches on the top of the button bands and took away the scrap yarn. In this manner I got stitches for the colar. Knitting sleeves is not exactly my favourite kind of knitting:). The bottom of the sleeves, the yoke, the button bands and the colar are in double moss stitch. No seams.
