Notes

a cobblestone for my husband, in a shade of blue to match his eyes, for his adventure to the arctic wildlife refuge in alaska, it will be cold up there!

made in a size m (my husband is a L) because it’s pure alpaca and it will stretch and after reading through several comments on this sweater, it runs large.

i had trouble with the short rows, and tried several different methods, not sure if it was the slippery alpaca, but i ended up leaving them out, and thankfully that seemed to be okay.

i used size 6 needle for the garter stitch borders and yoke, size 7 for the body, picking up a couple extra stitches under the arm to help with the inevitable hole, works well, no hole now!

it took 5 skeins and a very small amount of the 6th (i really should get a scale!)

it is a lovely pattern and very fun knit and would be beautiful in shelter, thank you brooklyn tweed.
