this has been on the wishlist for so long. it is a beautiful pattern i LOVED making and can see why there are so many others. i loved the charts, so clear and a good size. really a well written pattern with great notes by evelyn.

it took approximately 500 yards of the jade sapphire (the skeins come in 400yds.) i wanted to make the best use of this cashmere and the remaining 300 yards and found another evelyn clark pattern the meadow lace, here.

this shawl is a gift for a dear dear friend, to keep her cozy on her upcoming trip to greece and turkey. will definitely make this shawl again!
